The FITT Camp 

  • Come join our weekly bi-lingual FITT camps at DASH Sports Training Facility 
  • Small group settings every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY
  • Extended times conducive to school drop off times (8:30 -10:00 am)
  • 30 mins of Ab building and HIIT
  • 55 mins of Strength building and muscle toning
  • Weekly communication and accountability
