How long does each session last?
A: 60 min total
What type of meal plans do you create?
A: They are 4 week meal plans customized based upon your eating habits, work habits, food likes and dislikes. I'll need to know your medication history as well as allergies
I've never worked out before, what is your training style?
A: I'm not just a person who trains you but I teach you as well. I'll take you through each workout explaining and making sure your form is right and explaining why
I have injuries, what can you do for me?
A: I'm certified and licensed to work with individuals with different health or physical limitations, every exercise has a modification to it, safety is my priority
I have a constantly changing work schedule, can we change the days we train week to week?
A: I offer a flexible training schedule, I'm certain we can find something to meet your needs
What is your cancellation policy?
A: You have 30 days from the time of purchase to use all your sessions. Sessions do not roll over past 30 days. Cancellations that occur within a 24hour period will result in a forfeiture of that session.
Do you train more than one person at a time?
A: Yes if you would like to work out with a friend or loved one I am able to train multiple people with different goals at the same time.
How often do you take measurements?
A: Each MONTH we will set a goal and take measurements at the end
I bought a online plan, how often do we communicate? I need constant guidance
A: I contact you twice per week. Sundays for check ins and new goal setting for the upcoming week as well as on Wednesday for humpday motivation.
How often are Bootcamps?
A: Bootcamps are 3x a week.
